Shipping policy
Livostyle ships orders through our fulfillment partner Trendsi from warehouses in the United States and overseas. The ship-from location is shown on each product page. Delivery times below are estimates, not guarantees.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During sales, holidays and peak periods processing may take longer. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
United States (including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and American Samoa)
- Items shipping from a US warehouse: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Items shipping from an overseas warehouse: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not available. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Duties, taxes and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for a refund. International orders are not eligible for returns.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Split shipments
Items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are charged shipping once per order.
Shipping address
Please check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, lost or stolen packages
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control do not qualify for a refund. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility passes to the customer; we will help you open a claim with the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for 30 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@arcada.store with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims received after 3 days may not be accepted.
