What does Livostyle sell?

Livostyle is an online women’s fashion boutique operated by Arcada LLC (New Mexico, USA). We curate dresses, tops, knitwear, outerwear, bottoms, shoes and accessories from partner brands, and orders are fulfilled by our partner Trendsi.

Where do orders ship from and how long does delivery take?

Each product page shows whether the item ships from a US warehouse or an overseas partner warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, US delivery takes 2–5 business days from the US warehouse or 5–10 business days from the overseas warehouse. Expedited shipping is not available.

How much does US shipping cost?

US shipping is calculated by order weight: $3.99 up to 0.6 lb, $5.99 up to 1 lb, $9.99 up to 5 lb and $14.99 over 5 lb. US orders of $97 or more ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 42 countries. International delivery takes 4–29 business days, duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient, and international orders are not returnable.

What is your return policy?

US orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and exchanges are not offered; a 20% restocking fee applies if these conditions are not met. Bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products and face masks are final sale.

Are there any discounts?

Bundle & Save is applied automatically at checkout: 10% off when you buy 2 items and 15% off when you buy 3 or more. Newsletter subscribers also receive 10% off their first order by email.

How do I find my size?

Most product pages include a measurement chart in inches, available from the Size guide link next to the size selector. Our Size & Fit Guide page explains how to measure yourself.
