📦 What is your return policy?

 

  • We accept returns for US orders only, within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Important: Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

🔁 How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at support@[yourstore].com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll generate a return label for eligible US orders via Trendsi.

  3. Once we receive the return and confirm condition, you’ll receive:

     

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • A store credit (if selected)

 


 

🔄 What items are non-returnable?

  • Final sale items

  • Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Items past the 7-day return window


 

⏱ When will I get my refund?

Once the returned package is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days to process your refund.


 

🌍 International Orders

We currently do not accept returns for international orders (outside of the United States).

Please double-check size, color, and fit before ordering.
