US orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn with tags. Intimates, bodysuits and swimwear are final sale. International orders, available on select items, take 10–25 business days and are not returnable.

US orders of $97 or more ship free. Below $97, US shipping is calculated by weight: $3.99 up to 0.6 lb, $5.99 up to 1 lb, $9.99 up to 5 lb and $14.99 over 5 lb.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, US delivery takes 2–5 business days for items shipping from our US warehouse and 5–10 business days from our overseas partner warehouse; each product page shows which applies. Expedited shipping is not available.

Can I return Accessories?

US orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and exchanges are not offered; a 20% restocking fee applies if conditions are not met. Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and face masks are final sale. International orders are not returnable.
